A safe space to heal, grow, and weather whatever life brings.
Approach
My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I’m an integrative counsellor with a humanistic philosophy, drawing on evidence-based modalities to shape therapy around your needs.
In our work together, I create calm, enriching spaces that support your emotional, social, and psychological wellbeing — places where you can feel safe, present, and connected, and where the motivation to heal and grow can take root.
A safe space
Every session begins with safety - emotional, relational, and physical. You’ll find a warm, grounded space where you can slow down, speak freely, and feel truly heard. Together, we create the foundation for real connection and personal growth.
Come What May is inspired by the Hawthorn tree, the “May tree” in Celtic folklore, known for its longevity, strength, and protection. The logo features the Hawthorn flower, which is both whimsical and hopeful, while emerald green reflects a fresh, organic approach that trusts in healing and growth.
Like the Hawthorn, Come What May will work with you from the roots up. You will be listened to deeply, which will assist with understanding where you’ve come from — your talents, resources, past experiences, and family context. The trunk represents your present circumstances: your perspectives, awareness, and capacities. I am optimistic that with support, you can draw on the strengths of your roots, develop acceptance with your present circumstances or be empowered to change and grow toward your dreams and goals.
‘Come What May’ conveys an approach that is accepting, growth-oriented, and hopeful. It carries a deep respect for how humans navigate losses, process our grief, honour our stories, and create rituals to integrate meaning. In life, change is constant — together we can build the skills to meet it with strength and acceptance.
